  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards and promotional items

2. How to Return Your Item

Step 3: Pickup at Your Convenience

We’ll arrange for a pickup at a time that works best for you. No need to worry about shipping or dropping off the package, just have it ready in its original packaging when the pickup arrives.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If Your Refund is Approved:

  • We’ll arrange for our delivery partner to pick up the item, and your replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible.

5. What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?

We’re really sorry if your order arrives damaged or defective. To fix the issue, just follow these steps:

  • Log in to ‘My Orders’ and select the damaged item.
  • Let us know what happened and upload photos of the damage.
  • We’ll schedule a pickup, and we’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra charge.

6. International Returns and Exchanges

For international customers, our delivery partners will also coordinate free pickups for returns and exchanges. Any additional customs duties or taxes related to returns are covered by 123.45 Aviation.
